... repeated baking by the Sun's heat has removed most of its cyanogen. Aaaagh! ... Is this what we can expect with Global Warming?! Loss of cyanogen! We're Doooooomed!

RAMA, is that you?
If true, it is just because it is taking a job that American comets refuse to do.

Alien comets? Next you will hear that there are Klingons surrounding Uranus. Be careful firing those paper torpedoes then. One miss and you could wind up squealing like a Deliverance actor.

Isn’t the correct term undocumented migrant celestial body? How long before Ted Kennedy and John McCain co-author a bill to grant the comet a path to citizenship of our solar system?
To: Secret Agent Man
Better than Klingons invading Uranus.... Wouldn't that depend on the klingon in question?

for Catastrophism, maybe GGG, but I've got to dash, so will figure it out later. :') Thanks!

David Schleicher of the Lowell Observatory in Flagstaff, Arizona, measured the chemical makeup of 150 comets, and found that they all had similar levels of the chemical cyanogen (CN) except for Machholz 1, which has less than 1.5% of the normal level. Along with some other comets, it is also low on the molecules carbon2 and carbon3.

No, that’s politically incorrect! The right term is “undocumented comet”.
