The Youtube wasn’t much but those pics are pretty wild. Are those actual pics of the phenomenon or recreations?

Apparently this same phenomena has occurred in China. There’s a YouTube video of it. Can’t find it at the moment but I’ll post the link later.

Totally agree. I’m sick of the anti-Romney stuff on every FR page.
Moderator...take this stuff down. We get it...you don’t like Romney. We’re not likely to forget it anytime soon. Enough already.

News is saying the Russians have fessed up to a failed sub-launched missle test.
Here's one of ours from back in the day:

Doesn’t even look close. It really doesn’t. In any event, how do you explain the blue green corckscrew beam?

Wasn’t implying that the photo I posted was the cause. Just posted it to show we can do pinwheels too.

...how do you explain the blue green corckscrew beam?...Something similar to this perhaps: Charged Aerosol Release Experiment (CARE)
I live near the Kennedy Space Center in Florida and have seen strange looking "clouds" after launches. I've also seen chemical release experiments in the atmosphere where you get beautiful colored "clouds".
Not saying that's the explanation for this but just saying.

It’s obviously Santa-related.
Thanks Swordmaker.

If you pause the first video released on YouTube near the end, you’ll see a bright yellow triangle appear, right in the middle of this thing.
It’s perfect, and equilateral, so can’t be an atmospheric anomaly. It only lasts a second, so you have to watch carefully for it, but it’s there.
