If the EPA is in charge the virgins would only have to be 99.98% pure. A tough standard for oil skimmers but not so restrictive in the virgin market.

The old CAP has completely lost any seal it had, and it appears to be leaking about as much as it was when the CAP was off. The CAP has been bouncing around for at least two days. So we have a flat out of control oil gusher on the bottom of the Gulf right now ? No working cap, no collection ?

That doesn’t sound like the sort of “huge cavern” that would cause earthquakes a thousand miles away, now does it?
