Many years ago my Father asked me to go with him to Egypt.. I said no.. I should have gone, to be able to see the Pyramids and other sites in person would have been grand!

Back in the early 80’s while stationed in Germany I had a chance to go to Egypt really cheap on the military mini vacations they used to do. Instead I choose Paris.....deep regrets on that choice.

"an Egyptian Polish team had been given to excavate the tomb of the New Kingdom Pharaoh Amenhotep I in the Valley of the Kings."There's a joke in here somewhere! :)

You can tell from that photo that that man was not accustomed to riding a horse. He has feet placed incorrectly in the stirrups.

Did you hear about the Egyptian / Polish excavation team? The Egyptians walked off because mummies are too wrapped up in themselves. The Polish excavation team had to fill up the dig and start over.
To: Inyo-Mono
I thought the only lost tomb was that of Ramases VIII in the Valley of the Kings?
