Strange that all of my compasses still point in the same direction they have for ... decades.

What I’m curious about is this concept of the Earth’s crust actually rotating around the core, which I have heard talked about in conjunction with a polar shift. Any thoughts on that?

I saw it at other site last week, but it was a bit faster. Actually, slower lets you see better what is happening.

I have been trying to warn you people about this pole shift for years, but YOU JUST WON’T LISTEN!

It may be time to start hoarding refrigerator magnets and Tesla coils.

Screw the whales, save the Earf’s Poles. Do your part, conserve magnetism. Stop using your GPS systems you white capitalist magnetopathic SUV driving haters.

/Jack Daniels mode off.

LOL about the predictions. A few years ago was looking into the global warming crap and sunspot cycles. Every year had a paper on how “increases will begin next year”.

BTW, I had an old geologist aquaintance that was into “cycles”. One of those weird geniuses. He even developed hybred seeds to grow in cold weather for the upcoming ice age (this was back in 2000).

He also correlated low sun spot numbers to high gold prices in the past, and predicted the same back in 2000. He passed away awhile ago, but he was confident enough in his research that he didn’t need to see his predictions come true.

BTW - lets HOPE it is just a minimum. We’re past due for a REAL ice age.

Does anyone watch Decoded?

I tried. Though the information may or may not be good, I find the production to be absolutely abysmal and unwatchable..

I didn’t mind it. I particularly liked the episodes on Meriwether Lewis, DB Cooper and George Washington/Culper ring.

National Geographic has an interesting article describing the difference between a magnetic pole shift (which is what's happening now) and a physical pole shift:

Excerpt: "A physical pole shift, in contrast, would be triggered by uneven weight distribution in the Earth's interior or somewhere upon its surface, such as the formation of a giant volcano far from the equator. In theory, the force of the Earth's rotation would pull the heavy object away from the axis around which the planet spins. If that weight became sufficiently imbalanced, the Earth would tilt and rotate itself until the weight was redistributed near the equator. In the process, entire continents might shift from the tropics to the Arctic, at a rate far faster than the continents normally drift due to plate tectonics."

I remember a TV special years ago about a wooly mammoth that was found intact in the frozen tundra with buttercups in its mouth. Their theory was that the Earth had a sudden physical pole shift, which instantaneously transported the Wooly Mammoth from a tropical climate to the frozen tundra where it was flash frozen, preserving it (and the buttercups) for millenia.

Looks like a very weak peak cycle. We might see a few storms, but the Earth is currently starting its 6th consecutive year with weak solar activity. Anything that has happened on Earth in the past 5 years, cannot possibly be blamed on strong solar activity. The next peak looks to be weak and possibly very weak. We wont see a very mean sun, just your average solar activity is now the best prediction for this peaks (cycle 24) maximum. There are also effects on the Earth related to magnetic fields that occur during weak solar activity phases. Solar storms have nothing to do with those effects.

NASA got caught with its hand in the cookie jar, quite literally. Initially their best solar scientists predicted Solar Cycle 25 to be the very weak cycle. Solar Cycle 24 was supposed to be moderately strong. So the sinister plan the fascist devised was to promote Carbon Tyranny as a means to cool the warming planet. Then when the weak solar cycle 25 occurred 20-30 years later and cooled the planet, the current NWO government could claim that all the hard sacrifices of the World Slaves was starting to pay off. Unfortunately for them, their solar scientists were off by one cycle. Now we the people must deal with a tyrannical government that is going to try to freeze us to death. Get ready for next week. Gonna be very cold.
