I don’t think Long will make it out of the 2nd round.
He played Guard at Oregon, but at 6’7”, he will play Tackle in the NFL. Plus Tackles make more money.
A good option at Guard who might slide into the 3rd is Brian Winters out of Kent. State, but he’s been climbing the draft charts lately so he might get picked in the 2nd as well.
This draft is deep on both sides of the line and there is a lot of value in the 2nd and 3rd rounds and even beyond.
Oh, and don’t forget Barrett Jones from Alabama either. He can play every position on the OL and might slide late into the 2nd round. Great value pick.

Rams get the biggest offense playmaker of the draft, but I think they overpaid to move up from #16 to #8
They still have the #22 pick, which they should use to trade down for a 2nd and a 3rd as there is a ton of value on Day 2 of the draft.

Yep. Rams traded out of the #22 spot for ATL’s #30, their #62 and their 6th rounder.
I figure this deal was already in place before they traded their #16 for the 8th pick and gave up their 2nd rounder and 7th rounder.
Now they have a late 1st, 2 3rds and the rest of their picks.
Plus they got the top-playmaker in the draft and still have two 1st rounders next year.
Was anyone able to make out what was happening when the military was on stage? It sounded like a heckler of some sort, and then he go shouted down...
Correction:
Rams traded out of the #22 spot for ATL’s #30, their #92 and their 6th rounder.
The Rams are getting a ton of picks out of that RG3 trade.
They have parlayed it so far into three 1st rounders, an extra 2nd rounder, an extra 3rd rounder, an extra 6th rounder and they still have Washingtons 1st Rounder next year.
Looks like one of those trades that help both teams, providing RG3 can come back from his injury and stay healthy.
I couldn’t see it but I’m sure security took care of the problem.

Back when the Browns and Playoffs were synonymous there were a couple of Guys on Defense called Minnifield and Dixon. Some sports writer said they pursued the Ball carrier like a pack of wild Dawgs. The Name stuck and the Browns Defense have been known as the Dawgs ever since. The Bleachers in the Old Stadium were known as the Dawg Pound!
Now this year the Browns take as their first pick Barkevious Mingo a Defensive End And as you can probably guess his nickname is "BARK"

Jerry traded down to get a Center? A Center he could have picked up in the 2nd or 3rd round? Idiot!! The Cowboys have two good Centers in Costa and Cook. They need an OT and a Safety, maybe even a Guard or two. Not a damn Center!!!
