“I also said don’t look at who actually did the deed....but who was prodding the actions which led to the disaster. “

And I still wanna know who told the equipment driver to “Dig here!”

Their goal is the destruction of the free market system and the destruction of our way of life.

They only care about pollution when it meets that criteria.

Letter published in local newspaper a week before the blowout that predicted the blowout!

http://www.silvertonstandard.com/news.php?id=847

It was necessary for the EPA to deliberately create this toxic spill in order to declare the site a toxic superfund site and kill future mining in the region:

I was in the Nuclear industry 30 years ago, the amount of needless regulation that we had to follow was probably the most expensive and useless aspect of producing nuclear power.

There was a time when things could be produced efficiently, inexpensively and quickly in our country. Then the bureaucrats found opportunity to explain their existence.

Some regulation is necessary, but the left truly uses it as a weapon against capitalism.

If any one has a friend, neighbor, relative or ? working for the EPA, slap them in the head for all of us today. These tyranny-compliant minions allow the EPA to function.

And you are probably correct. The theme now is that there are hundreds of mines that are filling with water and that it can’t be stopped... something must be done!! to provide the tree huggers great jobs in the beautiful places they want to be of course.

The propaganda on all this is in full force... flooding mines, overflowing shafts, pollution running unchecked into the creeks and rivers.

Yes, likely as not it is INTENTIONAL that EPA did this to create a visual for their campaign for more money. They are a “solution” in search of a problem. Without more messes they have no jobs.

They want Colorado mining hurt, and they don’t mind ruining a river to get the job done. —

Wilderness, Endangered Animals, The Environment, etc. ... they don’t care one whit about them. But they sell wild beauty, furry animals, quiet solitude, to get support and hide their real motives.

Stalin, Mao, obama, ...

They don’t mind ruining anything to get their agenda done. They don’t mind killing people (and even enjoy it). obama isn’t quite at their scale yet, as far as we know, due to his media (propaganda) support. But he does seem to get jollies from dead ambassadors, dead SEALS, etc.

“$35K a day fine if you don’t turn over your property to the EPA? Wow, the EPA is tougher on American businesses than Obama is on the Iranian nuclear weapons people”

Exactly!

It doesn’t surprise me at all that EPA employees refuse to comment because they know they are protected by the ‘government’. I was a witness to such happenings for years. I remember one EPA follower telling me their instructions/orders were to what I called ‘harass first and we(EPA)will cover your ‘actions’.

Because “environmentalism” is about control, not environment. Since the EPA is a means of control, they’re not going to give it the scourging it deserves.

One would think the EPA would COOL IT a bit...given the incoming Trump Administration - President Trump will not APPRECIATE them acting as judge, jury, and executioner regarding land they have NO BUSINESS being involved with.
