I suspect my late husband had a relatively high percent of Neanderthal. Can DNA be obtained from Cremains (ashes)? He was a pale blue-eyed redhead, Scottish/Viking ancestry with some Cree Indian. Very strong and muscular, long torso, short legs, very hairy including one shoulder, some translucent crystaline teeth; receding chin (he wore a beard to conceal), slight brow ridges, hard head, mans growth at 13, quick temper, and warrior disposition. I guess if I tested our two children and myself they could pin down the percentage, couldn’t they? He had hives when young and I have respiratory allergies. I also have rather large molars, and that ridge behind 2 of my upper incisors, and long roots, also stronger than most women.
Of course, nothing like that eeeeeeeeeever happens on Free Republic threads, does it?

The difference in chromosome count is caused by the fusing of two short chimp chromosomes into one human long chromosome.
That's not so unusual in nature -- there are other examples of the same thing -- but does still beg for a natural explanation.
Isn’t it funny we’re missing one of the underlying points of the article - white men are being pointed out as Neanderthals (older outdated version of man) and is inferior (not the new improved “brown” model). Hey in this Soros / leftist world of deception and trickery you have to stay on your toes. I do find it funny that the “elite” white men in power like Soros fan the flames of anger in the brown people to make them want to kill their own (white) kind.
The lesson for the day is we should not underestimate how horny our ancestors could get on a cold Stone Age night.
