Karl Rove said that the rats have ads recorded of bankruptcy “victims”.

You know, on our financial statement we always had an allowance for bad debts. It’s a cost of doing business. If Trump paid 80% then the vendors were lucky because I had plenty of people who paid me nothing.

Trump University is a different situation. Did he just lend his name to it or was he the owner? If someone didn’t even bother to show up to provide instructions then the customers should have gotten their money back and yes, he should have settled up.

A job as a teacher’s assistant.

I bet you can get a job as a real estate agent with your Trump certification and earn as much.

I had a Trump margarita tonight. Not sure what that means but I’m sure it was overpriced. I think I paid $11.50 per Trump margarita. It was a darn good margarita if I might say so myself. But I’m thinking I got overcharged. It was Herradura Blanco tequila or some such along with some triple sec and lime juice. Is $11.50 a fair price for a Trump margarita? I’m not sure. But the were good margaritas and they paired well with my steak, onions and jalapenos.

“What about Kaiju????”

Trump decides how Kaiju tastes! Trump says he tastes “Good!”

Nope. I don’t support trump, but nothing he has done up to this point has hurt him. I don’t think people care. Most people understand that folks that run a lot of businesses do get involved in the day to day. And some work, and some don’t.

But if he gets elected, I would love to have the T-Shirt concession.

Well, that is an excellent point! Honestly, Trump is not my first choice, but I will gladly crawl over broken glass to vote for him in November. There is a lot about Trump I do like and one is that he fights back. I am assuming at this point, he is going to win the nomination and I guess I am used to the republicans curling up in a ball and not responding to anything, anywhere and at anytime.

We all know the media lies and cheats according to what their agenda may be. You are correct. Trump will fight back with those that had a good experience and will have to go over the media and direct to the voters. Not certain why I did not think of that, but that is an excellent point and much appreciated.

You are simply repeating accusations. Accusations are not facts. The liability has already been tossed out and the AG from NY is appealing... good luck. According to Trump 98% of the students rated the program excellent and he has the paperwork to prove it.

I saw the recap of Texas and there are only 2 folks from there named in the suit. And guess what, how many people spend $100k on a college education and can't get a job.

Not in a million years. We’re not democrats who support customers who sign up for something without fully reading the fine print. You are a Bernie supporter clearly. No personal responsibility is your motto!

They haven’t even talked about Trump’s two MLMs yet.

what's wrong with MLMs? success is proportional to the effort you put into yourself, although most people prefer to rely on someone else to provide them a paycheck.

No. Not in the least. All it takes is $250 and a bad attitude to sue in America. Why do you think these are class-actions? Trump is rich enough to take a shot at.

apparently the school offered a 30-day money back guarantee. If the person who paid 35K wasn’t satisfied, why didn’t he ask for a refund? Court documents show that TU did refund fees. Also, career-related educational expenses are tax deductible; did that person take a tax deduction for the cost? how was the person ‘damaged’ ?

You have obviously not read anything about what the lawsuit contends. Or that DJT has attempted to end the lawsuit by various legal means and failed rather spectacularly. He is fond of saying he could solve it in a second easily for little money ( repeat the phrase several times to really sound like djt) if so it seems to be awfully odd that a man whose claim to fame is having money and making deals could not either use his money or make ideal to make it go away

DJT counter suit in this case was thrown out due to the fact that it had no merit. Thus we dispense with easily resolved and he could win if he tried

One of thevlitigants is the state of New York one would think after all the money that he spends gaining access to politicians as he puts it he wouldn’t have the state of New York suing him. As an aside after being informed by now governor of Texas then attorney general of probable legal action by. Texas brave Sir Donald simply pulled out of the state.

But if they found out that the instructors that they have been paying are not accredited nor were they what claimed to be when the students signed up then the students would be well within their rights to sue which is exactly what’s happening with the Donald Trump university case

That the Trump university had a money back guarantee is no defense against fraud. I would dearly love to read the exact details of what is required to convince the Trump university to refund same said monies. I am sure the Bernie Madoff gave some money back to some people when they squawk loud enough that does not make it any less of a Ponzi scheme or fraud

You are correct I believe in the he just sold his brand. The problem is that is not what he said he was doing. That in essence is fraud. For those who seem to follow trump fondest of saying but its just a civil suit. I would like to point out that a civil suit is still a violation of law or are we to believe that those are real laws I’m like you know not really really laws. Insert scene from a few good men here.
