Bushes Fault.

Lincolns Fault.

Let me be clear.

It’s not who we are.

Do not insult the prophet, Mohamed.

“We find that the effectiveness of this program is very poor and has had a detrimental effect on healthcare in general throughout the United States. In spite of this, criticism of the program, however much it may seem justified, is simply racism, homophobia and Islamophobia against the Black, Gay Imam in the White House.”

Thank you for referencing that article Beave Meister. Please bear in mind that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.

Patriots, beware that media discussion of the success of failure of Obamacare completely sidesteps major federal government corruption behind Obamacare imo. Evidence of this will be presented shortly.

Also, note that while I will gladly vote for constitutionally low-information Trump for president, the following previously posted information may apply to Trumpcare as much as it applies to unconstitutional Obamacare.

Regardless what lawless Obama’s state sovereignty-igoring activist justices want everybody to think about the constitutionality of Obamacare, previous generations of state sovereignty-repecting justices had clarified that the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for the purpose of INTRAstate healthcare. This is evidenced by the excerpts below.

With respect to the constitutionality of the Obamacare insurance mandate for example, note the fourth entry in the list below from Paul v. Virginia. In that case, state sovereignty-respecting justices had clarified that regulating insurance is not within the scope of Congress’s Commerce Clause powers (1.8.3), regardless if the parties negotiating the insurance policy are domiciled in different states.

Remember in November !

When patriots elect Trump, Cruz, or whatever conservative they elect, they also need to elect a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will not only work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to support the president, but also protect the states from unconstitutional federal government overreach as evidenced by unconstitutional federal healthcare programs, Obama’s and possibly Trump's.

Also, consider that such a Congress would probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.

It’s failing right on schedule. Why would NPR be surprised. Barney Frank and Obama his’self admitted the goal was to crash the system and it would take 10 years to happen. Only 4 more to go.

I’ve had ind insurance for years... before Obamacare, paid $178 per month. Policy was cancelled due to ACA, new policy which included things I didn’t need... $526. As of Jan1 this year, it went up to $726, so I cancelled it and for the first time in my life had to sign up for an HMO with Kaiser, higher deductible as well. Very annoyed, I am extremely healthy and no longer get rewarded for this with lower premiums.
