Omama is a complete failure. Now that is funny.
blind squirrel syndrome
Bushes Fault.
Lincolns Fault.
Let me be clear.
It’s not who we are.
Do not insult the prophet, Mohamed.
“We find that the effectiveness of this program is very poor and has had a detrimental effect on healthcare in general throughout the United States. In spite of this, criticism of the program, however much it may seem justified, is simply racism, homophobia and Islamophobia against the Black, Gay Imam in the White House.”
The legacy of 0 and Roberts. Way to go ....
The announcement was directed at anyone in the country who has no brain activity.
So Harvard caught up with what I knew years ago?
Patriots, beware that media discussion of the success of failure of Obamacare completely sidesteps major federal government corruption behind Obamacare imo. Evidence of this will be presented shortly.
Also, note that while I will gladly vote for constitutionally low-information Trump for president, the following previously posted information may apply to Trumpcare as much as it applies to unconstitutional Obamacare.
Regardless what lawless Obamas state sovereignty-igoring activist justices want everybody to think about the constitutionality of Obamacare, previous generations of state sovereignty-repecting justices had clarified that the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for the purpose of INTRAstate healthcare. This is evidenced by the excerpts below.
With respect to the constitutionality of the Obamacare insurance mandate for example, note the fourth entry in the list below from Paul v. Virginia. In that case, state sovereignty-respecting justices had clarified that regulating insurance is not within the scope of Congresss Commerce Clause powers (1.8.3), regardless if the parties negotiating the insurance policy are domiciled in different states.
State inspection laws, health laws, and laws for regulating the internal commerce of a State, and those which respect turnpike roads, ferries, &c. are not within the power granted to Congress. [emphases added] - Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States. - Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
Inspection laws, quarantine laws, health laws of every description [emphasis added], as well as laws for regulating the internal commerce of a state and those which respect turnpike roads, ferries, &c., are component parts of this mass. -Justice Barbour, New York v. Miln., 1837.
4. The issuing of a policy of insurance is not a transaction of commerce within the meaning of the latter of the two clauses, even though the parties be domiciled in different States, but is a simple contract [emphasis added] of indemnity against loss. - Paul v. Virginia, 1869. (The corrupt feds have no Commerce Clause (1.8.3) power to regulate insurance.)
Direct control of medical practice in the states is obviously [emphases added] beyond the power of Congress. - Linder v. United States, 1925.
Remember in November !
When patriots elect Trump, Cruz, or whatever conservative they elect, they also need to elect a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will not only work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to support the president, but also protect the states from unconstitutional federal government overreach as evidenced by unconstitutional federal healthcare programs, Obamas and possibly Trump's.
Also, consider that such a Congress would probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.
Wow Nazi Propaganda Radio is saying it?
It’s failing right on schedule. Why would NPR be surprised. Barney Frank and Obama his’self admitted the goal was to crash the system and it would take 10 years to happen. Only 4 more to go.

I’ve had ind insurance for years... before Obamacare, paid $178 per month. Policy was cancelled due to ACA, new policy which included things I didn’t need... $526. As of Jan1 this year, it went up to $726, so I cancelled it and for the first time in my life had to sign up for an HMO with Kaiser, higher deductible as well. Very annoyed, I am extremely healthy and no longer get rewarded for this with lower premiums.
