“College is today what high school was 50 years ago,” Cuomo said ...........Yeah,he’s right,but he may not realize what he said. From what I am hearing,a modern day college education is possibly a lot LESS than the high school education of 50 yrs. ago,speaking academically.
Who owns the land? Private land, taxes must be paid. Public land, taxpayers paid to acquire or maintain it.
