Many thanks for that. For other benefit, FISCR is the appeals court directly above the FISA "Magistrate" Court (FISC for short).
The instant decision allows ACLU and others to argue their case - FISCR found the ACLU had standing. No decision on the merits.
The subject is further disclosure of redacted portions of FISC decisions released in, IIRC, April last year. One of these likely discloses the cozy relationship between rogue FBI and FusionGPS, on general surveillance. IOW, unrelated to the Carter Page warrant obtained on bogus grounds. The April 2017 FISC Opinion revolves around blanket warrantless surveaillance, and the ability of the government to dip into that trove for political advantage.

I’ve seen a list of all Q posts with numbers and a small synopsis. Can’t remember where. Maybe 8chan. I mostly go off memory. :(

I like that theory!
I give it a greater than zero chance of being true. It would be poetic justice.
Also, IIRC, his family, or maybe it was just his brother, seemed oddly non-grieving. IIRC his brother was smiling oddly for someone who should be in anguish. (Yes, I know sometimes people react awkwardly under great stress. That *could* be the explanation. Or it could be something else.)

Outstanding post. Thank you.
I am wondering if the Cabal is not really interested in WW3. No need for that so long as you are making massive profits from regional wars. That way, they can keep them contained and away from wherever they are living.
I’m guessing the top reason for the Cabal to instigate WW3 would be population control. Most of these people think there are way too many people in the world. A world war would fix that. But in the nuclear age, they risk massive destruction of things they might prefer to preserve. Or not? Who knows? It’s hard to imagine what goes on in their evil heads.

Great analogy! We’ve got to red pill the FR ents by stirring them up with the issues close to their hearts!

For some reason, I never thought the use of the word "sub" meant submarine. That said, I have no earthly idea what it means.
Subpoena is as likely as anything else.
