Typically, in stupid spycraft. You open a browser to a gmail account. You log in. If you know the account name and password. You write your communication in the email drafts but don’t send. and then give the account and password to your collusion friends and they log in and communicate.

Stupid people think the are secure because they are “never sending” the email. However they are, the stupid spy writes out the “seccomm” on his or her device and transmits it. That is a "Guest Pass," like a backstage pass -- a badge on a lanyard that security guards give you to wear around, in this case, Google's campus, so that everyone knows you have permission to be there.
