Jarrod Ramos V ERIC THOMAS HARTLEY (Capital Gazette) Court Case Sept 2015
http://170.99.108.1/appellate/unreportedopinions/2015/2281s13.pdf
A criminal case against him for stalking a women that was once in his high school class. 90 days suspended with 18 months probation with psychiatric care.
The newspaper reported the case and Ramos tried to sue the paper for defamation (he was his own lawyer) and the judge dismissed the case with prejudice.
Bureau of Labor Statistics it says.
What is that logo on the head?
Premeditated.
This is taken from the document I linked.
“Last week, Ramos, a 31-year-old federal employee, pleaded guilty in District Court to a misdemeanor harassment charge.”
“Judge Jonas Legum, who called his behavior ‘rather bizarre,’ suspended a 90- day jail sentence and placed him on probation, ordering him to continue in therapy and not contact the victim or her family in any way.”
The whole Story is in the document.
Obsessed. Like the guy who shot the cops in the Chinese Restaurant down here, he got obsessed over a woman the very first time she said hello, even possessive.
Yes , its the poor soul he stalked .
I hope the guy was not at the office today.
The story will disappear by the morning .
Wow. Thanks for posting. This guy is nuts.
Well....they do, unless adopted children. So why you being a smart @$$?
What a whack-job. This guy should get a rubber room and all the thorazine he doesn’t puke back up when they remove his gastric intubation.
That looks like Mr. Ponytail right there as mentioned in the defamation court case. Don’t know who the bald guy is.
Now anons have discovered that his father worked for the NSA.
The reporter who wrote the stalking story about him:
Thanks, that makes sense.
