No. Some number of those 52K documents are currently sealed and some are currently not. We don't know how many of each there are. The table simply adds up the new number of sealed documents during each time period.

Words have meaning. There's an important obvious difference between a "document" and an "indictment". If you want to use the more accurate word, then the word to use is "document". If you want to use shorthand, the word "document" is also shorter.

Huber is Special Assistant to the DOJ Inspector General in Washington D.C.
All the alleged crimes are in Washington D.C. All the witnesses and all the documents are in Washington D.C.
All the future defendants live near Washington D.C. No Democrat defendant will ever voluntarily agree to be tried in Utah.

Jeff recused himself because he was afraid that he would be prosecuted and sent to jail for working on Trump’s campaign. That’s it end of story. Jeff has fully cooperated with Mueller and will probably turn out to be a star witness in the final report. If the dems take the house Jeff will be a star witness at the impeachment trial.
What would have prevented Hussein on the morning of Jan 20 2017 from issuing pardons to a raft of cabal minions and even himself, with no public notice? Absolutely nothing, and he would have been an idiot if he didn't.
Assuming Rosenstein's federal crime slate was wiped clean, how was Trump and Sessions to bring him to justice? By putting him in the position of signing the two post-inaugural renewals of the fraudulent Carter Page FISA warrant on behalf of the DOJ. Normally that responsibility would have fallen to Sessions, but he was recused from anything related to the Russia investigation. Gee, funny how that worked out!
Now Rosenstein has been trying to make a last-minute pitch to Trump to not declass parts of the FISA warrant and expose his culpability, but Trump won't see him. He's toast, and he did it to himself in service of a cabal which holds itself above the Constitution and rule of law, and he had the opportunity to do it to himself because that was the intention of Sessions and Trump.
