I’d prefer “Whipped Cream and other Delights” album cover. But that is me.

Lighten up, Frank. If you’re not interested, dont click.

This looks to me like irreverence, not reverence, and a welcome bit of humor in a very grim week.

Oh bla di oh bla da life goes on..

Yup.

“Looks like the crosswalk lines haven’t been painted since the Abbey Road album walk!”

It gets a lot of wear. Tourists are constantly there trying to get that photo.

Wife and I went to London and there is a Rock Tour where the tour guide will snap your picture at the crosswalk.

Highlight was going to The Towerhouse in West Kennsington and seeing Jimmy Page walk to the grocery

and 23 Heddon St (by total accident) where Ziggy Stardust Album cover was shot

I well remember this as a 10 yr.old new in the Kroger grocery.

The timing of the photograph to capture their leg position is impeccable.

This will never be recreated. These clowns look just like fools they are making the attempt. Fail.

Yes, in the past there was an Lp display in many retail stores even supermarkets.

Great album. An appropriate swan song for a great band.

LOL they looked hot because they were so young.

Ah the words of those songs coming from such young men.....

Who became so bitter about life that I could not listen to their later stuff. You know Roger Daltry(sp?) turned into a turd.....LOL

To think that 50 years after “Her Majesty” ended the album, she’s still the Queen.

Oh, lighten up. It was a great album by a great band. They last they recorded (not the last released). It is still in print.

Posters sold today of that cover often have the cigarette in Paul’s hand airbrushed out. Silly.
