The key here would be to have a courageous, visible, losing Donkey candidate SUE THE EVERLASTING SHIT out of their pollsters, but it will never happen ...
Cankles would have been the absolute test case -- and if she was smart, she could have really used the case to ruin some people -- but she has too much money and lately prefers to wield yield power in other ways.

As time gets closer to the 2020 election, I have already made plans to work as a volunteer for President Trump’s re-election. I’m retired so I do have the time to devote to this cause. I have also been donating the money that I can, when I can. I have never felt this motivated about a presidential race since President Reagan’s race against the Peanut Farmer.
President Trump has fully earned my trust, my respect and my admiration. I take great comfort that I am not alone in this and that we shall stand as one to see this through.
