He said he thought that Q was speaking to him because q said “muslim brotherhood” and that he had turned over info about the muslim brotherhood, but he had told nobody about this. He was happy to read the last line about assumptions correct, package well rec.

I’m not certain but I don’t think “soil” is a primary condition in this.
It is the “in service to the USA” that makes it legit.
