People who insist on wearing a mask all of the time are breathing in higher amounts of carbon dioxide and less oxygen. The resulting reduction of their oxygen level in the blood is damaging their brain. Thus their erratic behavior.

I’ve posted a few times (have been ridiculed) that since the mask wearing mandates are increasing instead of decreasing, it’s suspicious. Soon people won’t be permitted to engage in commerce without wearing a mask.
