I’ve got it. This article should be in the Friday’s Silliness Thread, right? Stunningly stupid, this woman.

It’s called “Strawberry Pop-Tarts” not “Strawberries Pop-Tarts”. What’s she complaining about.

Also, Lowes was sued because they were selling 1x4’s, 1x6s, that were actually 3/4” x 3 1/2”, 3/4” x 5 1//2” (the nominal size of lumber).
The plaintiff actually won in court because of false advertising.
So, now when you go into Lowes, Home Depot or almost any major retailer of lumber you will see a sign that says:
1x4
(actual size 3/4 x 3/12”)

Hi I’m Lionel Hutz, frivolous attorney at law.

A new lawsuit is claiming that the strawberry filling in Pop-Tarts — the sugary breakfast pastry from Kellogg’s — apparently has very few actual berries.
Who gives a crap? They taste great, especially hot out of the toaster on a cold morning.

So put jelly on them. Kellogg’s may even spring for a case of jam if she asks them nicely enough.

How in the world does one find an attorney to handle such a lawsuit? How in the world does one choose among the thousands of law firms dying for the chance to lead a class action lawsuit where the law firm gets millions, and each individual in the class action ends up with pennies each?
