Thanks for the correction.
I suspect I was influenced by a PR campaign hired by McDs to make the suit sound frivolous.

Although my Boo Berries don’t contain enough Boo, I side with this woman. (The dollar amount is high though).
If companies are allowed to pretend they have ingredients in something, next thing you know they’ll be calling the Jim Jones Jab a “vaccine”.

LOL!!!
Miami Herald columnist Dave Barry discovered the story a year later. Delighted, he recreated the scenario. He documented his findings (“scary flames...shooting up 20 to 30 inches out of both toaster slots”) in a column, concluding that President Clinton could use the knowledge for missile defense. The national syndicated column created a flurry of interest in the subject. “I recall people being pretty excited. This was before the Internet was big, so it was easier to get people excited,” Barry said in an email. “Also people sent me Pop-Tarts. I don’t know why. Maybe they were trying to kill me.”

It’s a Pop Tart.
Why would anyone expect it to contain real food?

My “Froot Loops” seemed a little low on froot this morning. I'm surprised. It's not like "froot" grows on trees or anything. I thought it came from a chemical factory in New Jersey, but maybe "froot" only comes from chinese chemical factories now, and is sitting in barrels on a freighter off of LA now.

would be nice if folks could be sued for frivolous lawsuits- woudl cut way down on cases- and lawyers woudl warn their potential clients not to pursue cases that they know darn well they can’t win-
