I had a professor who said it may, in fact, be a version of Judaism.

What ever happened to that group that was going to teach everyone to do astral projection. I’m not sure I think it was the Rastafarians.

According to many biblical scholars, Zoroastrianism was probably the religion of the Magi that visited and brought gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh to the child Jesus, as related in the Gospel of Matthew.

Freddy Mercury is mentioned in the article. Which is quite coherently written, informative, and devoid of snark.

Choksy, the Indiana University professor, sees North America as the most promising region for growth. He estimates that the United States and Canada are now home to more than 30,000 Zoroastrians, higher than the latest figure for Iran.
“North America is where there’s hope,” Choksy said. “It’s partly due to immigration, but also the communities have more children, they feel more stable. It’s the bright light.”

Some historians think it’s an Abrahamic religion although it’s origin is more than a bit unclear.

Aside from not having a Savior, I believe many of the virtue we Christian hold dear, are very similar. Who can find fault with the exhortation “ to think good thoughts, say good words and do good deeds.”?
I think we share far more with these values, than we disagree with
