I mean, your defense is that at the time of the murder, you just happened to go out to go sell some drugs and was miles away from the murder... Rebuttal shows they were in fact blocks away from the murder scene, response was oh, yeah, I was blocks away selling drugs and didn’t go near the murder scene, my girl friend I left at home can verify this...
I can certainly understand how the jury convicted, especially with a prosecution witness that says they saw them just after the murder with the mask and gun (who’s now shown themselves to be a liar.)
Let’s take this a little further...
When Criminal B sues and has a windfall, he secretly gives some of the winnings to a designee (e.g., wife, child, parent(s), etc.) of Criminal A.
It is not about the evidence! It is about equity in our judicial system. If they, communist, can undermine any of our social systems, they will do so.
He is a self-confessed drug dealer, wrecking death and destruction on predominately the black community. I am glad he was off the streets for the past 30 years. It seems that is where he belongs. Just think how many lives were saved by having him in jail.
I would bet, that if given a new trial with the ‘confession’ of the other inmate, he would be convicted again.
