The “evidence” of the charge of battery in this corrupt civil lawsuit was:
1) Carroll making up a story that this happened in 1995 or 1996.
2) She say she told two of her buddies the story, at least one of those buddies testified on video or maybe live.
Who knows? The reporting has been terrible.
Its also unclear if all three women are using the 1995 & 1996 two year time frame, or maybe one of them could be more specific & “narrow it down.”
Like I said the reporting sucks in this bogus lawsuit.
You are missing the point, Trump has been found liable, that is not going change unless an appeals court in NY says so, ask yourself is that likely to happen ??
All Trump can do at this point is appeal and hope for the best, if the evidence isn’t there, then an Appeals Court is the only hope for Trump.
Verdict: Trump not guilty of rape but found guilty of being Trump.
Carroll filed only a civil case. She could have filed a Criminal case...but she would have lost hands down. It’s NY...the jury figures $5 million to Trump is nothing...Convict!!.
A successful appeal is a slam dunk if a case was decided on 30 year old hearsay alone.

I hope you are right, but this is NY and a he’s currently under indictment in a NY criminal court.
I think everyone who supports Trump should hope for the best but expect the worst.
BTW, the lawfare against Trump isn’t over, I fully expect at least two more Trump criminal indictments.

I would argue that with regards to Trump, forget about what the Bidens have done because it doesn’t matter.
Trump’s criminal indictment, Civil judgement and any future criminal indictments will be decided in a court of law and has nothing to do with the Bidens.
The actions of the Biden Clan are clearly criminal and probably treasonous but it’s a totally different situation than Trump’s issues.

That fact that the jury said he did not rape her means she defamed Trunk with a false allegation of rape. Trump can now sue her for defamation.
This was the judge and jury trying to find Trump liable of a lesser claim that might hold up. This should get thrown out on appeal.
