They voted for it. Long Beach went for Hillary by 72 percent and for Biden by 71 percent.
Hispanics are the majority in this town by 42 percent. Whites are 26 percent, Asians 14 percent, and blacks, 11 percent.

True that. But the current situation is a bit more complicated than the classic wolf/sheep/sheepdog story. We must also include an insane shepherd, one who cares not about the wolf, but is quite willing to shoot an “aggressive” sheepdog.
That is unfortunately the situation in Democrat-run cities. Defend yourself as you must, and the Soros District Attorney will nail you to the wall.
Perhaps that will eventually change. But it won’t happen any time soon.

I live in Long Beach and can tell you from first hand experience that these teens are not residents of the area. They are feral black kids from the LA ghetto areas (Compton, Inglewood, South Central, etc.). The Metro Blue Line runs directly through their neighborhoods. They jump on the train and take the 30 minute ride to Long Beach Blvd station and then disembark to wreak havoc on the public.
The cops just stand by and watch.
And they’re getting it good and hard, too.
