If you read the whole story, his position gets even crazier. They both just graduated from college. He’s going into the workforce, while she goes on for her master’s.
IOW, he’ll be earning money and she won’t be! If anything, HE should be helping pay off HER student loans. If she needed his help to enable her to stay in school, that might arguably make sense — but she doesnt need it because her parents will continue to support her.
Those loans won’t pay off themselves. Get busy, woman.
