Yes, as I recall the Iraqi Army was believed (by some) to be a formidable force; but, they collapsed immediately when, in the first 15 minutes of Desert Storm their communications and control were demolished, and their "Command" was on the run.
However, since this is the Q thread, I want to return to Luttwak for a moment.
Luttwak was very connected to U.S. strategic thinking, and he was an expert in Game Theory, which he claimed was the basis or the grand strategy I described previously, of setting up the U.S./Brit front lines to briefly delay the hypothetical invasion of 50K (iirc) Soviet tanks...but then to LOSE.
It was believed that if they were strong enough to last a few weeks or more, then European Parliaments would have time to get involved and SURRENDER, rather than face the near-certainty of tactical nukes on their soil (an exchange of which would necessarily be initiated by the U.S., being unwilling to match the massive Soviet land forces facing across the Cold War divide, with direct lines of resupply etc.).
His book, Strategy, was my initial introduction to Game Theory, and I tried in vain to use it to interpret Q's numerous references to "Game Theory."
But that was 2020.
Now, on the cusp of 2024, I think I understand Q's repeated "Game Theory" comments as meaning: If the opposition were willing to fire off everything they had (Covid, stolen election, lawfare, censorship) then our first lines of defense would need to collapse, that being the only way White Hats would be able to fire the weapons actually needed to defeat the enemy, before MAGA World could be cajoled into a permanently bad position from which it would be much more difficult to escape.
So, if this interpretation is correct, the question is: What are the equivalent of tactical nukes that our side is getting ready to set off?
We have well learned from practices of the Bitem Admin that the law and Constitution offers little to no impediment to Demo'Rat regimes to accomplish their corrupt ends. For example, the SCOTUS ruled that the administration could not unilaterally forgive student loans; they are forgiving them anyway.
Every week I read or hear about huge spending projects the admin is undertaking -- but never from what Congressional budget that money is coming from. The reason, of course, is to hide this major source of increasing inflation - while the govt claims that inflation is decreasing. This admin is creating huge sums of money right out of thin air!
I warned of all this when the Jussie Smollett case arose: prosecution followed the practice of autocratic governments by claiming that 'they' could identify when a law was violated without all the dreary time spent on investigations and legal practices; Smollett is still screaming 'innocent'! This admin is showing no worries about continuing in power ad nauseum - far into the foreseeable future.
The American people are going to have to defy the media, the law enforcement threats, the partisan arrests and unethical 'lawfare', the election officials lies and deceits, whatever, if they wish to restore their Constitutional Republic with its inherent freedoms. 👌🙏😥
It is indisputable that on paper and in leather binders, all is deemed to be under control, at some point for a period of time, usually at the point of pen to paper, by first one side and then the other.
Whom it is that supercedes the other guy, or, which penned EO takes precedence over another, and why, is a question with an answer on which no one is betting their right arm.
The absence of meaning & practical value is so elusive in this divisive colour revolution that I believe we’re experiencing. Life in a question mark becomes very hard on hope. Cynicism & hopium burn a lot of calories. 😚
I can think of two:
(1) The release of the Epstein List, along with dribbles of info pertaining to the depravity of the crimes committed there. It must be horrendous, considering "they" are willing to spark WW-III, and another Civil War, and unfettered invasion of the US mainland, and completely destroy Western Civilization and all its peoples, just to keep their Satanic behavior from justice.

(2) Military/NG oversight of our elections (similar to Reconstruction and the Civil Rights eras), to stop the steal. This ruling by Colo Supreme Court, and expected response by SCOTUS, sets up this possibility nicely.

How about riffing the entire FBI, and substituting U.S. Marshall Service to police elections, handle security clearances etc.?
Same for CIA. Replace them with the military intel agencies. (I don't know enough to see full ramifications of this, but I know having an American "Secret police" MUST STOP if we are to preserve freedom.

In Pasto, Colombia, Muckraker found a hotel packed to the brim with military-aged Chinese nationals who were headed to the United States.
During our stay at the Cabańas Rio Mayo Hotel, we were the only non-Chinese visitors. All of the signs posted around the hotel come with a Chinese translation, indicating that this is a common meeting place for people of Chinese origin.
There are so many Chinese nationals headed to the US, that they have established dedicated hubs along their migration route such as this hotel.
From this point, the Chinese will either cross the Darién Gap and trek up to the United States or will fly directly into Mexico if they have a visa.
We spoke to one of the Chinese men at the hotel. What he told us was terrifying.

We’ve known about the CIA in the United States and CSIS in Canada forever, and we’ve always known what they do. Many countries have such an agency, ostensibly to gather intelligence overseas and conduct covert operations that advance the interests of their homelands. They also enter into secret agreements with each other to spy on the homelands FOR each other (Five Eyes). Human nature being what it is, it isn’t a surprise that organizations that operate primarily covertly will eventually expand their covert operations to the homeland. They all function under some degree of paranoia and the temptation is just too great. It’s the nature of the job.
