Prayers for your sis- Hope they are able to give her something to calm down the involuntary ‘need’ to cough
back in the 80’s i got a cold or flu where i coughed so hard i pulled muscles or something in the rib area- totally painful experience-

People might want to stay home this Christmas, mask up, social distance, and drink plenty of fluids.
