There is no excuse for what these students did. I would bet this was not there only victim at that school. It very well could have been for reasons unconnected with the student claiming to be non-binary. I think I can guess the ID of the bullies.

There is no excuse, correct. Their binaryness does play a role because the kid seems weird. Bullying is about getting people to conform to the culture of the school.

Kind of sounds like this was a guy pretending to be a girl.
*IF* that’s the case, then I give the girls the benefit of the doubt and figure they were protecting themselves from continuing sexual harassment until more details come out.

My first thought.
"Trans" students need to be kept away from normal people. They are mentally ill and belong in treatment.
Some of the online quizzes to determine if, as a young female, that you are really a boy include stuff like:
Did your first menstrual period horrify you?
Does having your period make you uncomfortable.
Do you not attend events due to your period?
Were you embarrassed when your breasts developed?
Are you embarrassed if boys look at your body?
Do you think all of the other girls are prettier than you?
It is no wonder that the number of girls-to-boys (or non-binary) have exploded in the last 15 years, while boys-to-girls has only slighty gone up. Almost all of the girls have underlying mental disorders that is the real cause of their body dysphoria (on the spectrum for Autism, Anxiety, OCD, etc.)
So, the culture of the school is if you’re different, we get to beat you to death?
Bullies are lowlife @$$wipes. Always have been. Always will be. Their actions are never justified.

My guess is the cause of death was repeated head stomps that certain ethnic groups are so fond of using during beatdowns.

Right...can someone translate the article for us? In my experience “binary” is a term used in chemistry, and I recall binary weapons during Cold War.
