Those are my thoughts too. I’ll add, in addition to fear of germs and trust of experts, there’s a lack of empathy. Trump is not a ‘kiss and make it better’ kind of guy. He’s more likely to tell you it’s only a scratch and to keep going.
If I were giving advice I would say to let the vax topic alone. Those who support it may give you credit, but don’t remind the rest of us.

There was a malady that infected much of the world and it was called SARS-Cov-2. It appears likely to have been made, and let loose, in China.
In the end, the number of people dying from it was the same as a bad flu. Strangely, flu was not tested, and nearly appeared extinct, during much of COVID.
So either SARS-Cov-2 or some flu that tested positive as SARS-Cov-2, did attack the world. To be fair, COVID PCR tests were poorly designed, and the later head of the CDC said they falsely confirmed COVID infection in people 12 weeks after only an encounter with someone who might have had COVID, or not, meaning the PCR tests amplified crud that was never infectable, which appears to be why nearly everyone tested with a PCR test was always positive.
Countries also claimed that if you died of a car crash, you died from COVID. My own cousin died from his first COVID vaccine, a couple days later, going to the hospital a day after the injection. He didn't have COVID when he got the shot, and they claim he died from COVID. Yeah, the doctors lied.
Back to your assertions. Kirsch is not saying any unconstitutional measures should have been used or were needed.
The problem is, I think his ego tells him he did a great job on it so he has to tout it as an accomplishment.
But how quickly we fire forget the Marshall law and abuse of power under which we suffered unjustly. Just give us bread and circus.

You’re completely missing the bigger picture.
There is no evidence that there was ever a deadly, spreading “Covid” disease. Censorship and media and governmental control, driven by massive financial incentives, created enough of an illusion for people to buy in on bogus tests, lockdown protocols, ginned up and misattributed death counts, etc., etc. Trillions were made and lost; and with the deadly jabs factored in, millions were killed.

As to Kirsch, do you understand how controlled opposition works? How prevalent it is? How his early involvement was in funding a bogus study that helped to get to EUA approval? How he continues to stick to the limited hangout line while “organizing” the opposition, including attorneys who would fight the evil in court?
Trump is a business man. A numbers guy. He understands more than anyone the real pressing threat to the US is not our 34 trillion in debt, but our 300 trillion in underfunded liabilities (SS, Medicare, Medicaid, Pensions, etc.) It appears he is staying on Government message.
Diamond or Silk, one of those two tried to bend Trump’s ear. Evidently, to no avail.

Kirsch handpicked the members of his board for their expertise. These experts, after seeing Kirsch perform close up, decided he should be removed from the board because of his false positions on the vaccines.

Pretty obvious that President Trump has no confidants that post to FR about the COVID-19 vaccine.
