I can see absolutely nothing in her laughably minimal experience to find anything positive in future Port of Baltimore operations...

So no engineering degree? No military training?..no on the job experience?...no tech or physics studies?
Now she can spread the contracts around in an equitable manner. Especially since there will be at least a few hundred million in new federal bridge rebuilding money that will need to be distributed. Wouldn’t be surprised if a bit of it splashed over toward certain family run enterprises in Delaware.
Not a single word about her experience in port facilities management, transportation, or infrastructure management. Unqualified.
