A fair look at the modern history of Israel, including the Hamas war, can't overlook the vital role of Christian Zionism. Rabbinic Judaism has never embraced Zionism and has in fact, vocally opposed it.

At any rate, it's interesting to note that Tucker Carlson's father Dick Carlson shares a birth month and day with Carole C. Carlson, the ghostwriter for Hal Lindsey, who wrote the book, The Late Great Planet Earth - which aligns with Christian Zionist ideology. There is no acknowledgement that the two elder Carlsons are related. Lindsey is a Christian Zionist.

There is of course no secret to any of this. What it does is highlight the vital interests that the Christian Zionist political movement has in Jewish nationalism.
