The keto recipe I use for the crust is a mixture of 4 eggs and 3 cups mozzarella cheese. Beat/mix them in a bowl. I season with minced garlic, oregano and onion powder. Bake for 14 minutes.

The first time I made it I tried it before I made a pizza and it was tasty keto crackers.

I will experiment with the meat crusts. Thanks for the info!

Rao is not bad for jarred sauce.

And be sure you drain your pasta properly.

Rao’s is the best jarred sauce you can buy. Carbones may be as good but haven’t tried it.
Expensive, watch Target for sales.

I never heard of Rao’s spaghetti sauce before you two mentioned it. I tried it for the first time today. As was mentioned, it’s a tad bit expensive. But it’s excellent, just what I was looking for.

Thanks!

Never use an aluminum pan. Crust stays limp.

Try parchment paper on the pan.

3 tablespoons works.

3 tablespoons is LESS than a 1/4 cup ...

I have an even better approach ... try different amounts until it comes out the way you like it.

Whatever that is ...
