Actually, the Theory of Evolution predated the Big Bang.

p.s. There is lots of evidence for both.

Eric Lerner's book "The Big Bang did not Happen" was an eye opener for me as to how political science is.

"What is Man?" from different world-views, I think, would actually be based upon a "What is GOD?" concept first.

Indeed, that is where the conversation immediately centered.

I will have to check into that book, thanks.

Ephesians 6:12
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

As always, we can turn to the Word of God for clarity.

Jeremiah 2 27 Saying to a stock, Thou art my father; and to a stone, Thou hast brought me forth: for they have turned their back unto me, and not their face: but in the time of their trouble they will say, Arise, and save us.

Did you know Darwinism is this much older than Darwin?

You have found a Jewel of a verse. I was unaware of this little prophetic passage.

And they will say,"All of the Holy books will say something similar".

Our strongest reasonable defense of the faith is that we can so readily demonstrate how the Word of God is, in fact, the pinnacle of human understanding.

Thanks and yes it sure is! It concept of evolution was one of the very first false religions ever made. If we could only get the world to recognize that the science of today is not science (knowledge) but infact a false religion then it would sure change the face of the world. The whole debate about what could and couldn't be taught in schools would change drastically.

Our strongest reasonable defense of the faith is that we can so readily demonstrate how the Word of God is, in fact, the pinnacle of human understanding.

If only Christians would read their bibles more and truely know God.

I wonder who hypothesized these things in the first place, long ago? Could these stories be remnants of the first fiction works?

The catastrophists must be sulking over this one as well:

Impact!
