My only sibling is male and I love barbecued or grilled meat, whether I cook it or he does. And I always call him “mi rey” when we’re together and do whatever he wants or he’ll put his handcuffs on me (S)...

Forget girls, just talking kids of either sex. I was reading an article about a study. They said that it isn’t so much the absence of the father, as much as how it happens.
A dad gone in the military, or lost in some tragedy is different than a dad that walked away.
In one case, the kid feels dad rejected them. In another, the dad went away but they know his love never did.
Made a huge difference in the emotional health of the kid.

Even then it’s all a crapshoot. Like a child of an alcoholic. They might be a teetotaler, a drunk, or a normal social drinker.
People have a way of going their own way. They say it’s even true in women.

Everything they say and every thing they do.
And after he chops he head off you will find those men suggesting that it was all her fault.
