They may write us the charges for impeachment and pass them in the House but to actually impeach him they must have a trial in the Senate and get the votes of 67 Senators.

The Dr. Fraud “charges” have no merit and are 32 years old, and he will have been on the Supreme Court for six weeks and has not made any legal decisions yet.

A member of Congress can dump any piece of legislative crap in the hopper. When people say “Kavanaugh could be impeached if...”, they are almost always referring to removal from office, not the process of presenting charges to the Senate.

And, yes, to remove Associate Justice Kavanaugh from office would require 67 “guilty” votes, which (given the present state of knowledge) would not be possible.

Think of the headline as GOTV porn, and it will make more sense.

The Fake News media is not reporting the fact that Katz, the Fugly woman lawyer for Ballsy Ford, issued a written statement last week. It said that Christine Ford did NOT want to participate with impeaching Justice Kavanaugh, she has no interest in that.

So what kind of “impeachment” will the Bloated Tick Waddler do if the primary witness doesn’t want to participate? And they think they can impeach a sitting 53 year old SCOTUS justice based on completely uncorroborated allegations from 37 years ago? Bwah hah hah hah!!!!
