Such an effort can never succeed without 2/3 support in the Senate to complete the process. THat is inconceivable based on current info. So yes, the Demoncraps can try to harass him from the floor of the House, but he is not going anywhere. Assuming reasonable health he should be on the SCOTUS for decades to come!!
