Agreed. The very formulation "take law into their own hands" is more than a little suspect itself. Of course, if the follow-up questions are "Do you own any Assault Weapons?" and "How much ammo do you have stockpiled in your bunker?" then you might just get downright suspicious.

I believe in the BLACK SWAN theory of history. Things tend to go along as always until something unexpected occurs.
