I remember when only Navy men had tattoos. And Popeye, the Sailor Man.
Good job sir.
I would agree it’s an accurate remark. People with tattoos probably are more likely to be a gangster than people without tats are. Is it not true? That doesn’t mean EVERYONE with a tat is a gangster, but i bet it’s more likely. Why is the truth so scary to everyone today? nobody can say anything anymore, and truth is the first victim.
There is a certain kind of rebel attitude associated with getting inked.
FFS!
I have no tatoos or piercings... i think they are hideous and limit your earning potential, but having said that, the notion that they display violent tendencies is a notion from the era of Ozzie and Harriet.
Dunno about SA, but here in US, damn near everybody of a younger age has ‘em. Because everybody has ‘em, you can’t infer a thing about the average tattoo bearer.
Some tattoos can be interesting, but people are making their bodies into doodle pads.
“Twitter users react”
Now there’s a Mensa society we should look to for guidance.
I remember when we did a rugby tour in England in 1985. Tattoos were not prevalent in the states but some rebels in rugby had them. Not many. We got over to London and we saw a lot of tattoos. But it seemed they were the ones who had given up on life and just accepted they had no where to go to improve their lives. I feel the same way now in the US.
Some certainly do.
But I’d say most of them, not all, most have very poor personal judgment management.
He’s not wrong.
Have two tats, one a celtic cross from my visit to the Vatican and a crusader cross from my visit to Jerusalem (done in the old city)
Men with lots of tattoos have small penis syndrome. Women with tattoos, I don’t know what the F’ is wrong with them.
I agree. And too many cops are getting gang tattoos these days.
The policy should be no tats or no badge.
I think most tattoos pay homage to their master-Satan!
Leviticus 19:28. “Ye shall nor make any cuttings in the flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the Lord.”
I don’t know if this still is relevant now under Grace instead of under the Law, but I absolutely avoid people who have them.
What I don’t understand is how people who supposedly can’t afford food or decent clothes for their kids can afford to cover their skin with this crap, pay for corn row hairstyles, etc.
hell, cops have more ink than bikers did 20yrs ago...
I see too many women with arm sleeve tattoos.
Seeing women in bikinis with lots of tattoos equals yuck!
Add in some nose piercings equals more yuck!
That about sums it up for me.
