Her girlfriend claims she watched her climb onto a chair on the 13th floor balcony and accidentally fall over the railing.
There was a reason that hotels and office buildings didn't have 13th floors.
There was also a time that when a girl had a girlfriend, that meant someone that she would have afternoon tea, gossip, go shopping, or play cards with. (Think Lucy and Ethel, or Gracie and Blanche) Now another perfectly good word is ruined by perverts.
Combine perverts with unlucky floors and it doesn't take the Oracle of Delphi to suggest you are asking for trouble.

That is her girlfriend.
Nishia Jackson, Lewis' girlfriend, says she saw Lewis fall from the balcony after Jackson barred Lewis from driving home as she was intoxicated. Jackson ran down the stairs to Lewis and called for help.
She looks like she could have picked up a horse and thrown it off the balcony to me.

I don’t think those 2 pictures are of the same person based on al the tats she has on the underside of left arm in the top picture and no tats on the forearm in the bottom. I agree; where's the big rose at the top of the thigh? It's only in one pic, not both.
