Why is this story coming out of an independent Canadian source?

Also, why should anyone jump b/c a couple of "reporters" say so! Who's to say that they're telling the truth.

This is a challenge to a FOX affiliate by local reporters. Before you make any judgements do a Google search of the two reporters involved (they're a husband and wife team) and then decide.

Here's a link to get you started http://www.milkismilk.com/wilson-akre-cheap-false-martyrs-aug2000.htm

And this is a very obscure Canadian website. Ranked 533,556th by the number of visits by alexa.com.

The journalists also charge that WTVT has violated federal rules...

This has nothing to do with FOX News Channel. This is the local news department of the regular FOX channel (The Simpsons, American Idol, 24, etc.).

Welcome to Free Republic.
You would probably be more comfortable with a CBS affiliate.

"Why oh why cant a troll tell the truth?"

Perhaps because they are physically unable to do so.

Yes, more than you can count on the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, CBS, NBC, ABC, BCC, Al-Jazeera, etc.

Don't you think all these people are trying to GET Fox News just like they tried to GET President Bush?

You know what, 90% of the truth is MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH better than 15% of the truth.
