BUT, and it's a big but, I don't like to be lied to. I like the truth from a right-wing perspective, no bullcrap, no distortions. If the allegations are correct then the stations should be punished, and punished severely; and we conservatives should be at the front of the line, demanding punishment. If we are correct we should only want the truth, if the truth does not support our position we need to change our position not try to change the truth.
But this is the second time FNC have been in court defending their right to tell a story the way they want to, even if it is against the fact and they know it.
Reminded me of the first.
Can I trust FNC again to tell me the truth?
This seems to be local, unless I am misreading it, I do not know to what extent that reflects on FNC as such but it does look bad.

But this is the second time FNC have been in court defending their right to tell a story the way they want to, even if it is against the fact and they know it. When was the first? And, yes, if you don't know the difference between Fox Network and Fox News Channel, you're not qualified to post on the topic.

OK, MAYBE some of your comments were a little harsh and debatable. FreeRepublic is a conservative web site, but more and more of us are easing towards a more progressive perspective.
Mr. Robinson is pretty hard-headed, but it is his site. Change will come, but it must be done slowly. Slowly we have to convert more members to our kinder, gentler "non stubborn" beliefs.
Some times after reading for a length of time on this site, we progressives just need a karmic hug. So if you feel frustrated, join us in a hug at our alternate site.

But, if a network is going to be more of my opinion, like FNC, I'd prefer them not to distort or ignore the facts, just like CBS does.If anyone is distorting facts, YOU are. You changed the headline to fit your bias and you are ignoring the replies informing you that the situation involves a local FOX station rather than FOX NEWS NETWORK.

Someday you'll realize that FOX News is by no means
a "fair and balanced" newsroom.
Q) How come FOX hasn't called on Hanoi Kerry to resign from the US Senate?
Q) How come FOX hasn't pursued Hanoi Kerry to sign Form 180?
MAYBE because Rupert and Hanoi Kerry are working on the same team.
Check the link between FOX News and Red China?

Okay, so this "report" is written by the fired reporter in question. Fascinating way to source a story, especially on such reliable "news source."
