I’m pretty much an expert on being able to ‘get things’ from any website. Lycos changes all urls to their own and this gif would only save as a .bmp. The Lycos url wouldn’t upload to any of my webhosts, including ‘paid for’ ones, just gave an error.
Since it is almost a 2 1/2 MEG gif, it was impossible to upload the url to online editors. I could post the Lycos url on html test-beds but it wouldn’t save as a gif!
Anyway, I finally got it last night by doing a ‘view source’ of my email, sending that html to myself in email and when I clicked on it in that email, it saved as a gif! Doesn’t make sense [same url] but it finally worked.
Now I will reduce frames and size in animation shop so it is a decent size for posting.
That makes THREE bows that we ‘know’ about. Obama bows to Saudi, Brian Williams bows to Obama, and now Obama bows to Putin.

Thanks devolve. I halved the file size of it. I felt it would corrupt the viewing if I removed any frames but I believe some may have been already removed.
Also, after viewing it over and over I am more dubious of a ‘bow’. Putin keeps looking down at Obama’s chest as if he may be complimenting his suit or ‘something’. I think Obama may have just looked down in response on this little video.

Somewhere today, I read that there are MANY now who do believe that and are working to stop him. Whatever article it was it even mentioned a number of States that are involved.
I've watched Steffi on his Sunday show, and I think he is becoming dubious of Obama too. You can just see it in his expression when he was interviewing Obama. He didn't do some obvious ‘follow ups’ either, like it would be ‘pushing’ too much...

I have to admit that is something I haven’t kept aware of. I do get sick of all politics all the time and need diversions of sanity.
