I’d love to see his state bar app. Unless Illinois is unlike other states, there would have been a background check.
Here in CA, it’s run by the FBI & they check DOJ & Interpol records. If anything peculiar comes up, they do a much more thorough exam, I recall neighbors & former teachers being interviewed in some cases. They also randomly pull files for extra scrutiny.
Back in the 1990’s, the fee from the applicant was $500 just for the background check.
Remember, attorneys are going to be handling money & property belonging to others. I would be surprised if the IL state bar did a less thourough background check than CA does.

Interesting point. In fact the consistent representation was that he was Editor in Chief--there was an interview with a couple of other members of the Review at the time saying that they had been pressured by the Law School Administraton to elect him Editor.
So somewhere along the way, that record has apparently been massaged also.
Historically (my era), you had to be in the top 10% of your class to be designated on the Review the end of your first year; we added as many two additional members at the end of the second year if worthy candidates appeared however we did that after the election for the editorial board which occurs at the end of the second year.
The editorial board typically serves your third year.
And it is possible that one could be on the editorial board or be editor in chief and not show as having published.
For one thing, during the second year, you write one or more casenotes many of which are published but they aren't signed--your name is not on them as author.
Many but not all of the third year Review staff wrote articles jointly with a professor or individually many of which were published.
Wonder if Barry graduated from Harvard Law ???

When Harold Fords Dad “decided” not to seek reelection in the US Congress for Memphis, TN, because he was arrested for election fraud and mail fraud, Harold Jr rushed home from Harvard and ran in his place, and onveniently “forgot” he didnt finish but was touted as a law school grad...
The same with Algore he didnt finish something but was said to be a graduate...
Unfortunately we cant get to see Barry’s transcripts, records etc...
However there must be someone who graduated with him and who kept their program, etc...
Thats something that a Mom would keep...
Barry’s name would be listed on it also...
His yearbooks are hard to come by but someone would have one of them also...
He seemed to like to have his mug in photos...
Im sure he was available for all the school pics, all the different clubs he belonged to...
You’d think also that any school he attened would proudly display his portrait in a place of honor,
Harvard, Occidental, etc...
Its a common tradition and a matter of pride to have the president of the United States as a graduate or former student...

That may not be his legal name...

Its a crime to use a fraudulant name in those cases...

True. There is corruption in every government. But, there is a tipping point. Treason is one sign of that tipping point.

There is an easy way to flush this out.
Colleges (all colleges) will confirm the date someone graduated and the degree they received. Employers contact colleges all the time to see if someone is lying on their resume.
Some intrepid reporter needs to contact Harvard and request Obama’s graduation date and the name of the degree he received. When Harvard refuses (and I think they will, simply to be hardnosed about it) the headline on Drudge should read:
Harvard Refuses to Confirm Obama Graduated
That puts the ball into their court.
Hmmmm. I think I should run for Pres on the 'rat ticket since 'Lil Barry "qualified!
