It says “Birthplace: Kenya”.
That means that the physical birth - according to the COLB - took place in Kenya.

The fascists have long ago altered the States birth records
by completely removing Obama’s original file, amd all references to it.
This latest is set up to fabricate Obamas origin as being born in Hawaii. Its a fictional reconstruction attempt IMHO.

Fate, curiosity and consequences have been setting the stage and soon We, the People, will be to ready to hear what we wouldn't listen to in 2008.
That’s why it’s so important for us to have a requirement that the provenance of the records be documented, IMHO. If the record is legitimate the transaction logs would show that. And not only for the birth record, but for the citizenship records as well - specifically the passports, social security numbers, etc. Anything that deals with citizenship.
If there was no tampering with Obama’s birth certificate the public will at least know, once a bill like I’ve suggested is passed. If there was no tampering with his passport file, the public will at least know. And that’s what the anti-birthers all CLAIM to be the case, so they should have no objection to the rest of us being able to finally know for sure.
Could get sticky though, because Joe Biden already knows what happened with the passport file. No reason for the rest of us not to know it too.
So ? Hawaii has been involved in admitting and registering over seas births as Hawaii births for a long time now, and have their own list for those births ? could this list ( because of the fraud involved ) be called: the Don’t ask, Don’t tell or we all go to jail list ?
So, having sorted through the article, I wonder if I’m understanding this. Is the author is simply inferring the existence of a “separated list” from the governor’s odd choice of words? I’m not saying it isn’t so, and I’m not saying his central thesis of widespread immigration fraud in HI is wrong, but a very juicy, plausible inference does not a smoking gun make. Is the “written down” thing an entry on this theorized list, or is it an Act 96 Affidavit, either of which might be hand-written (as “written down” tends to suggest)?
I agree with yiou, but this is just one more episode designed to drag out and conofuse the situation util Obama can complete his term.
If Obama is elected for a second term, the campaign to obfuscate and confuse the issue will be renewed. What they do now is prepare the propaganda thrust to define the “birther movement” as whackos for 2012. Its pretty well planned IMHO.
After all this present initiative is now happening because the issue is finally in the public venue, it is #10 on the House Committe investigation agenda. They should make in #1 and fund it with millions of dollars.Obama would be turfed in about 4 to 6 months. That’s really what needs doing. All we here are doing now is irritating the hell out of Obama, and we are doing a damn good job at that. They finally are forced to respond with an obfuscation campaign.This is when Congress should be acting.
