HI Attorney General’s office refuses to corroborate Obama’s HI BirthIn correspondence with The Post & Email, Jill T. Nagamine, Deputy Attorney General for the State of Hawaii, has made it clear that her office will not corroborate or back in any way the July 27, 2009 Statement of Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawaii Department of Health, which declared Obama Hawaiian-born and a “natural-born American citizen.”

I put my question to the Deputy Attorney General to avoid putting the Attorney General in a situation of a conflict of interest, if he in fact, did, as Dr. Fukino claims, advise her regarding her July statement.
Nagamine, in response, asserted that any answer to such questions given by her office would represent a conflict of interest for her office. And that is an explicit admission that Dr. Fukino had no statutory authority nor duty to make such a statement, and that the Attorney General’s office will not stand behind Fukino’s claim that Obama is a “natural-born American citizen.” It is such, because if Fukino’s declaration had legal weight of any kind, surely a response to my questions would have corroborated that without such a conflict-of-interest scenario. You only have a conflict if the Fukino claim would not be supported by a Nagamine response.

Are we missing the point here that a case on Obama’s eligibility has never been allowed to have oral arguments. Doesn’t anybody think that is significant. Disregarding the predictions of the outcome.
The ninth circus will rule on whether or not the lower court erred. And if they did or didn’t, the case can go to the Supreme Court.
Lets say this. Old tired guy, if Obama already submitted a bc and it was approved, he gets to do it again no problem. And if no other president had to do it before him, he gets to do that too.
And if the different excerpts of rulings for and against eligibility are considered, a ruling on what a NBC is, will be decided with no ambiguity.

The fact that you personally find the Ankeny decision unacceptable, which I told you you would, means nothing. it is an actual decision by an actual court of law. Trained professionals versed in the subject matter don't find it surprising. It flies more than anything you've got.

Obama’s COLB was physically examined by Fact Check.org. That's been discussed on these threads many times and is not disputed by anyone up on the subject matter. I understand that birthers refuse to accept that as meaning anything, but it did happen and is documented.
I said a recent court decision addressed the issue of two citizen parents and noted that birth in the US was sufficient for natural born citizenship irregardless of the citizenship of the father. That also has been discussed on these threads many times. I gave you the name of the decision, which at least one of your fellow buffoons was familiar with. If you're too stupid or lazy to look it up that doesn't surprise me, but it's not my problem.

There are numerious threads and discussions on FR that substansively discuss the term NBC and it’s constitutional application, the legal underpinnings of the term, Court decisions surrounding questions of citizenship in it’s various forms/qualities, and the reasons why Obama is unquestionly ineligible to hold the office of the President.
While you may laughingly call me willfully ignorant, it is you that is the one who is the poster boy for that term.
