I had my jaw hanging down at some of the pictures. Like the gaggle of school pyschologists. What the heck does a school need with a pyschologist?
No government teacher is “different”! **ALL** ( that means **every**) government school teacher WILLINGLY goes to work every day and agrees to support and uphold a godless, compulsory, socialist-scheme, and collectivist voter mob controlled system.
Simply by attending children WILL learn to think and reason godlessly. They must just to cooperate with the classroom instruction and turn in assignments. They will learn to be comfortable with the government taking money from their neighbor ( under the threat of armed police action) to pay for a service their parents want for tuition free. Well?...If government can take money from a neighbor for schooling why not a thousand other socialist wants and needs? Finally, when children attend collectivist voter mob controlled and compulsory schools, they learn to be comfortable with voter mob compulsion!
ALL ( Yes! EVERY) government school teacher **agrees** to support this evil when they willingly accept a paycheck. Last time I checked no one was holding a gun to their heads.

As crazy as that sounds there is similarity between those ideas and the idea that entitlements are our money because we paid in’ as with the imaginary entitlement surplus trust funds that don't exist.
To the protestor : Think of 'taxing' as 'taking' and 'spending' as 'giving' and it starts to make sense. Say you turn 18 and your parents demand you pay room and board, but then they pay your younger brother an allowance as he lives for free. Can your young brother claim his allowance cant be cut because it is 'his money' ???
They pull MY kid out of school on one of these communist unauthorized field trips and my lawyers would tear them to shreds. I wonder how many parents even knew that their own kids were being used as human shields for these worthless thugs?

Interesting to know that I am a liberal now. Gee, I didn't realize I became a teacher to indoctrinate students into the "New World Order!" Thanks for clearing that up for me!
Just in case the sarcasm failed to have the intended effect, the claim that ALL teachers work to uphold the status quo is misleading at best and ignorant at worst. The idea that those of us Conservatives who work WITHIN the system to effect at least a MODICUM of change are somehow equivalent to the mind-numbed O-Bots who THRIVE on the indoctrination is dishonest and completely unfounded.
For the record, teachers are NOT the primary source of failure for the education system (although the specimens mentioned in this article do not bring honor to the profession by a longshot). Legislators who have no CONCEPT of what it is they are legislating is the crux of the problem. Teachers get the sh*t end of the stick when it comes to dispensing blame because we are the most VISIBLE. There exist many "bureaucratic entanglements" behind the scenes which foul up the works and exponentially increase the difficulty of the job teachers are hired to perform.
• As at other union rallies documented in earlier essays, socialist and communist groups mingled freely on May 13 with the teachers’ unions, their messages blending into a unified ethos.
• And the clincher: At both rallies, teachers brought entire classes of their students (this was held on a Friday, a school day, remember) to join in this overtly leftist behavior.

I was totally disappointed. Where is a picture of the ace neighborhood organizer, BHO. out amongst his subjects.

Government schools are by law and definition godless, socialist-funded, collectivist managed by the voting mob, and attendance is compulsory for all children whose parents can not ransom them by way of private or home schooling. If these schools were not socialist, not compulsory, God-centered, not collectivist run and managed by the voting mob then they would be ( by definition) PRIVATE.
Therefore...Fundamentally, the very qualities of government schools that are the most harmful to children simply can **never** be changed because to change them would be, by definition, **private** schooling!
Simply by attending government schools, children learn to be comfortable with taking money from their neighbor for a service their parents want for free. They learn to subject themselves to government compulsion and prison-like buildings and control. They **will** learn to think and reason godlessly. They must merely to cooperate with the classroom instruction. The government will force them to bend their will to the voting mob collective.
The above happens because of the fundamental structure and essence of government schooling. While very caring and thoughtful conservatives may attempt to bring some conservatism into the government school environment, it is like giving water wings to a child who is being swept up in a godless socialist and collectivist tsunami.
As for Christians attempting to sneak a little bit of Christian philosophy into the classroom that is godless by law, the long term consequences may be very harmful. We know what Christ does with lukewarm Christianity. He spits it out of His mouth. And....These teachers are also teaching the children that Christians are sneaky.
I suggest that conservatives ( Christian and non-Christian) work mightily to shut down government schools, and work to see that each child in the United States has access to a private and conservative education.
