Doesn't really matter.

The only people who are going to pay are already Sarah Palin super fans.

What is the point of the movie? To convince people.

Are you going to convince people if they never see it? Nope.

It would be easier and smarter to stream it online. This makes it seem like she doesn't want to convince anybody.

I’m sick of Iowa and NH results having a disproportionate effect and I’m sick of the smugness of IA and NH over same.

Iowa certainly is a favorite son state. Back when Vilseck won I figured this might not be all that big in the overall picture. Dole won every year he ran too.

Even the CPAC and SLC straw polls don’t mean much.

It seems very likely to me that your opinion about who might see the movie is based largely on ignorance.

Remember, Palin did not work on this film or commission it. This is a capitalist venture (respected independent producer put up a million dollars of his own money) and Palin has seen a private screening (and approved). I’m guessing after the theaters it will eventually hit the DVD and download distributers. I know of several pro-Palin/Tea Party groups who are planning party-screenings when it’s sold as a DVD.

Stay tuned...I wouldn’t be surprised if Palin negotiates for the rights in the future (after theater/DVD/Downloads) and puts it on her website or YouTube. IMO.

Sarah Palin has NOT set foot in Iowa since she gave a speech there last fall.

And she recently told them she would take away their ethanol subsidies.

I think Romney ended his chances in Iowa when he pulled his HISSY FIT on the Jan Michealson show last primary election.

A huge amount of conservatives listen to that show, and know Jan well enough to see through Romneys tantrum...

I have never considered Romney as first choice since, oh, and I don’t trust ANYONE elected in taxachusets

I have a suspicion that Romney’s strategists calculate that without his participation in Iowa, Pawlenty or someone else will emerge as a more effective rival to Palin.

From Twitter liberal reporter Nico Hines on "Undefeated"

Nico Hines: it's exactly like a campaign ad but it's two hours long and yet somehow it's gripping 5 hours ago

Nico Hines: Distribution details leaking gradually - all I can really say is that EVERYONE will have seen the Palin film by the end of the summer 5 hours ago

Nico Hines: The Undefeated. It's everything you were expecting - but a little more. Epic and confrontational but also very detailed.

EVERY SINGLE candidate should skip both the straw poll AND the caucus.

Agree. Iowa influence early on needs to stop. I'm sick and tired of being force fed RINOs who cater to big government ethanol subsidizers and "compassionate conservative" (fiscal libs) evangelicals (Huckster lovers) that essentially win the nomination long before I even get to vote.

Governor Sarah Palin hasn’t spent a day in Iowa since when? She hasn’t campaigned there, knocked on doors, attended hog roasts and coffee klatches, no fundraising, nothing, and she’s tied for first place with a guy who finished second overall last time? If I were Mitt, I’d just chuck it all and go sail on my yacht and play with the grandkids. He hasn’t got a prayer (pun intended) of winning the evangelical, charismatic, pentecostal and hardshell Christian vote. Which means Iowa, the South, the Southwest (except Utah and Nevada) and etc., so why waste time & money?

This isn't 1950.

It doesn't take millions to make a documentary like this.

By putting it in theaters they are narrowing the number of people who will see it.

Just dumb.

I think it would be better to have as many people see the film as possible.

Have watch parties, download, hand it out, etc...

Showing it in theaters is going to drastically reduce the number of people who will end up seeing it.
