My impression is that Obama is always on a working vacation.
He comes into the office at 10:30 AM, half of the meetings are ceremonial puff events or fund raisers, then he goes golfing.
Notice that the night they got Bin Laden, Obama was wearing a golf shirt and using an aids computer and notebook.
